I have a '98 M2 and had the rear shocker replaced last year as part of the recall work. The shock is now out of oil and has no damping whatsoever. What can be done? Will I get it replaced F.O.C? If so, will the replacement be any better?

Be sure to check with your dealer. The reports posted here have, with few exceptions, indicated that the word has gotten out and that dealers are doing an excellent job of responding to these concerns.

MY PERSONAL OPINION

For the Factory, Could we possibly get some feedback on the speedo sensor failures? It seems there are far too many of these failures to be coincidance. At $50 a pop this is not a cheap mantainance that we should have to live with. Any direction from your engineers, (perhaps a service bulletin) would be greatly apreciated. Thanks RobR
