I put an electric shifter on my roadrace bike this year and so far I love it. It's not the Holeshot version though. However, I have a buddy that has a Holeshot on his R6 streetbike and he is equally happy. If you got the money and time to make it work; I say why not? It should definitely make you faster through the twisties, as well as in a straight line!

Hal's are now selling this quickshifter kit, the same as they used on the FX bikes last year. Comes with all the fitting kit etc. It is a little pricey at $799 but you know it will go straight on the XB: )

Hal's is having a little trouble with the switch. The sensitivity isn't right for all the gears. It takes more pressure to shift from 1st to 2nd than from 2nd to 3rd. So they're working on one that is adjustable for each gear. That WILL add to the price. The holeshot unit sounds like it works regardless of the pressure AND it can be used to actually do the shifting. No air source needed.

Use it on the Dnepr? Silly boy! That's already got clutchless shifting! Duh!
