Rode for Christmas shopping yesterday, the CityX is fantastic for 37 degrees and up. Normal street gloves, light riding pants, good heavy insulated riding jacket, and you are good to go about as far as you want. Fantastic!

Today? About 6 inches of snow out front as I type. In the hour it took me to blow my and two neighbors driveways, another inch came down. Wow!

Same here Court,

The salt they dump on the streets is amazing.

The S1 can stay in the garage so I may use the DR650 this winter. I find it easier to slide on the salt and snow.

I rode on my lunch yesterday...it was 49 degrees. Then I woke this morning to 10 inches of snow...and more on the way! it's 19 degrees right now! Not a bad turnaround for 24 hours huh?? Gotta' love the Indiana weather!

After a decade in the desert, I'm finally adjusting to these frigid central AZ winters. It got so cold today I had to zip the liner into my Joe Rocket jacket for a toy run. Nothing stops us tough-guy Phoenix riders. We ride come shine, shine, or shine.

Yeah...what Ethan said!

SALT SUKS!!!!!!!!!!

My work van is covered. I had to use the gas station squeegie to wash the windows and the grime ran all over the truck.

Glad that corrosive, toxic, sh** aint on my bike.

(but I gotta go for a ride soon)(we need rain!!)

-23 (below zero) this morning, wind 15-20 NW. The seat on my S3 feels like a cinderblock. Didn't even try to crank it over, I'll wait 'til it at least warms up to 0 for that.
