I've got a super cool shirt idea I wanna produce. Where do you get started on getting a trademark or other such protection? | ||

If it's your design, you can start with a copyright. Just put your design in an envelope and send it certified mail to yourself. Don't open it when you get it. There you have it, proof by federal office you came up with it first and you own the rights to it. Trademark registration Or Have someone do it for you. Hope this helps. | ||
