While I am still a pretty new member, I have brought in a new member to BadWeB!   Her name is Maggie. She's an 11 week old Chocolate Labrador. She loves working on the bike with me (or maybe she just loves running around and licking me but anyway...) Just wanted to share the newest addition of my family with my friends here. Nick: Congratualtions...as you may or moy not know I had a Chocolate as a constant companion for years. Hobbes used to fly with me when I traveled and a couple of us at the Buell family used to take him out to play at lunch. Looks like Maggie is a winner ! Court | ||

She's CUTE! Labs are great. We have two males, a yellow and a chocolate. I'm glad to see you have her in the house, they love to be around people. Congratulations! You should get another and double your fun. | ||

As a kid I used to spend summers on a farm. The owners, 2 brothers, always had 2 - 3 labs running around. I've loved those dogs since. Congratulations on the addition to the family. Henrik | ||

Thanks all... Yeah I keep her with me pretty much all the time I am at home whether that means inside/outside/in the garage. She wouldn't have it ANY other way anyhow!!! I do plan on huntin her. Her mother is an excellent bird dog and she comes from a good bloodline of hunting dogs and field champions. At this point she loves bringing me stuff...shoot-I don't even have to teach her to retrieve, she runs around and picks stuff up and brings it to me. And she loves water. Screw the water bowl, Dad, just turn on the spigot and let me go for it!!! I have thought about getting 2 dogs. I think it would be good for the two of them to have a companion when I'm away. Makes me dislike the 7:30-5:30 in an office deal. Maybe one day when I finally open a bike shop then she can be with me all day.  I couldn't believe how excited she was yesterday when I got home from work. I don't think her little paws hit the ground once! Court-I did read one of your stories about you and Hobbes-dogs really are a man's best friend! Only problem is I'm badly outnumbered by females in my own house now! 3-1! later | ||

Oh can I please have her. I have a chocolate lab too. Her name is Miss Gypsy. She is with my parents now and that is 2500 miles away. I wish pets were allowed in on campus housing. Gschuette-I feel your pain! Every morning when I leave Maggie whines her little butt off. So pitiful! But you could volunteer at your local Humane Society or Animal Shelter so you can spend some time helpin out animals! Thanksgiving is coming soon, you going home to visit Miss Gypsy? | ||

Welcome Blackbelt this is the best motorcycle web site in the world. I met many new friends and its great to have such a cool group of people that enjoy the ride of buell. What style of martial arts? I had a motorcycle accident about 6 weeks ago broke my femur and tore my acl and pcl and have a rod in my leg with a pin at the top at the hip and 2 screws at the knee.Lost a few pounds and plan on working out again and might try a new style of martial arts. The bike was totaled and the new one should be here soon around late nov. to dec. the 5th. Gotta go! Think twice and save your own life!! Ride safe! | ||

I gotta assume it's a korean form- those are the folks that advertise it the world, along with their rank. some folks, who have trained champion students for decades (in japanese "hard" forms such as shorinryu and ishinryu  )keep it on the DL, as is considered 'correct' in the world of asian martial arts.
