I did a local search in Ontario for the name and turned up the first set of info which is similar to the second set. I believe the second ph# listed may be the ISP hosting the website, not the shop which is why I listed it second. Anyway (to answer your question) Head Quarters, Ontario is listed in the DNS registery as setting up and paying for the domain name smokeandflames.com
