My Cardinals blew a 2-0 lead in the series.

They should have won yesterday but they caved in.

Tonight was just too close for comfort and it ended up biting us.

Can I get a hug from someone, a shoulder to cry on, anything?

I'm cryin' with ya mate,
We'll have to console ourselves that it's going back to Busch.
I should get game 7 live on wed night by satelite, and all the WS live too ( good job I'm not working next week)
If they make it & I can get a cheap flight, can you get tickets?

I don't think I can take another extra innings game between the Yankees and the Bo Sox , my nerves are already frayed - Yankees fan

it is going to be hard to have a world series as good as either one of these playoff series. i love baseball no matter who wins. i hope they all go seven games.

No doubt Backe was a huge surprise. He did what Clemens and Oswalt couldn't do and thats shut out the Cards. It is still disappointing when we have our best outing from a pitcher and lose in the last inning.

Ha tickets! I am poor college kid and haven't lived in St. Louis since I was seven. I would love to go to a World Series game but I would be scared to buy tix and them not make it. And yes the Yankees Sox series is awesome but this Cards series sucked. We had no excuse to lose the last two games. This series should be over. Oh well it is not and the Astros are a good competitor so I just have to hope we win game 7.

Newfie there are certain priorities here, barring a huge natural disaster Deer Lake & Corner Brook will still be there after the WS.
You get me some car orders so I've got an excuse to come over & we'll do some business in those parts on the way thru,

Keep your eyes open tomorrow - I'll wear my Buell jacket hat to the game and be 10 rows behind the Astros dugout 3 seats off the aisle.

Why can't the Yankees just end the Bo-sox's pain already. Big Gearge must be trying to sell more tickets to pay for all that salary on his team.

I am rooting for the Yankees anyways. They represent everything that is wrong with baseball and if they win enough titles maybe the system will get fixed. Step one, SALARY CAP!!!

Lockout man it sucks about as bad as the Cards last two losses. But it will always be baseball first and foremost with me.

I wish Baseball would have a lock-out! The residents of Milwaukee have to pay a stadium tax for 15 years yet the team sells for $180 million. Did I miss the part where the owners couldn't afford a stadium??? I don't even go to Brewer games.

I don't care if the Red Sox win the World Series, I just enjoy the living s--t out of watching them beat the Yankees.

See Gschuette...there's no crying in baseball! Your Cards have forced a game 7. Good luck!

I can't believe that game 7 of the ALCS about to start. In all intensive purposes, there should've been a game 5! I don't think my heart will be able to stand this game.

GO SOX!
