Buddy at work just got more gmail beta program invites. It pops up a screen for filling out the invite Peter, do you have some sort of popup stopper installed? Can you add gmail to your trusted sites zone? | ||

I had a pop up stopper enabled which I just switched off. If I go to someone's email, it asks if I'd like to invite them. When I click on that, it hangs. At the top of the emails list, is another place that says I currently have 6 invites. When I click on it, the computer also hangs. I'd use my Mac except it's still using an OS9+ system, and gmail is only supported by OSX. I'll have to keep plugging away at this bloody PC...... | ||

Will Mozilla work on OS9? Gmail does great with it. I believe gmail now speaks safari as well... but knowing apple, thats osx only. Make sure you restart after disabling the popup stopper, it may not have shut off right. | ||

I guess not. I had restarted it after turning off the pop up blocker. Will play with it some more later.... |
