Had Myself, FieryXB, CJ, Fish, Newguy, Grapejuice ride down to Starved Rock near Utica IL where we hooked up with Coolice & Easyflier. Well at least we had lunch with Easy, his XB9 decided to part ways with the drive belt. No big deal tho, the bike is safe & sound at Coolice's. Had a great time & yet a few frightening moments also. Everyone managed to make it home..one way or another. I will let others tell the stories & I will post pics later. | ||

At least it snapped as I got off the interstate and I was able to roll into a Shell station and still make it in time to have lunch with y'all. Hopefully I'll be riding into the sportbike day in Appleton on something.  | ||

We picked her up for you & loaded it up in Mikes trailer. Richie..aint nothing wrong hanging out with a group of women folk, and I will tell you one thing..well maybe 2. CJ has really come a long way with her riding skills & she is pretty good now. But the one the impressed me the most today was Grape, she was the only one on a Blast & myself & Coolice were leading & we werent exactly going slow. Probably averaging 85+ with a few excursions that were ..ahem a bit higher than that..but Grape managed to keep right up. She would fall back a bit on the starts but once that little Blast got wound up she was right in the thick of things. | ||

yet a few frightening moments also. That's for sure !! Lastcyclone/Martinez (sp?) made it to lunch with us also !! I think he rode off with Easy after that though !! Me, Fiery and Coolice met him in Illinois accidently at a gas station, couldn't happen again in a million years !! You guys were fun, glad we all made it safely home finally !! I did have to stop after Dyna and Fish turned off to put on a sweatshirt under my jacket, freaking cold in July !! WTF By the way Richie, we ARE a tough crowd and don't you forget it !! LOL CJ | ||

It was a great day for ridin. Glad everyone got something out of it- lots of ridin. Easyflier your XB even made a trip to Wisc. and back! Fieryxb is ok she has a sprained ankle and little rash from the "Rock". The group did a little sightseeing at the Rock and the WEASEL SQUEEZERS came out!  We'll definately have some more great rides before the weather makes us sit inside and remember days like yesterday. I had fun!  | ||

Coolice, thanks for getting the bike picked up and delivered to the dealership for me. Glad that there were no serious injuries and Fiery is limping around with no broken bones. Hopefully I'll be able to ride with you next time, not just eat and run. | ||

Weasel Squeezers  These guys are Proud of their bike shorts with the gel padding for their soft tushes !! According to Coolice and Dyna wearing these causes the women to swarm so bad they have to beat them off with a stick !! LOL Not sure why fiery, newguy, and fish felt the need to look at something else at the time !! | ||

Too much FUN! Now we need Buell to market some "weasel squeezers" as rider apparel. I'm ready for another ride again. Two Wheel Tues. at the track tomorrow nite, Track day Wed. Then get Fieryxb healed too. Glad everyone enjoyed, I did!  | ||

Stopping in Huntley to meet up with Coolice newguy, coolice, fish & fiery. I love the way the bush behind fish makes it look like he has some funky hairdo deal going on. Finally in Utica, this town was hit real hard by a tornado in april, the place we ate in actually lost the upper front portion of the building & there are still many buildings that are torn up. CJ about to get run over in beautiful downtown Utica I think coolices weasel squeezers just started working Fiery, Fish & half of newguy | ||

This pic is worth posting again. Fish, Newguy, CJ, Fiery, Coolice, Grape. A pic of Starved Rock..hard to see the rock thru all the trees tho. The parking lot was packed with bikes. Fierys knee sliders/frame protectors. This pic really doesnt do justice, her ankle swelled up pretty damn good & turned a lovely shade of purple. | ||
