Is there a switch or plug that has gone bad? Follow your brake pedal til you see the switch. I had the same problem on my 2000 M2. Just because the two barbs are at different levels, does not seem to prevent Buell owners from installing them wrong. Remove bulb, rotate 180 degrees and reinstall.
