Mike,
That place is right in my back yard!
I haven't been there for years.
It used to be very disorganized. Bikes and stuff laying EVERYWHERE!
The didn't have the indoor display shown in the first link.
I think I now have an afternoon destination for today!

Thanks much Mike!

Brad

Brad,

Disorganized was not the word for it. Yet it one looked deep enuff..... That is where my '82 GPz got a lot of stuff from. To become the '82/83/84 GPz750/1100 Freakenstein.

I believe it changed owners sometime around late '99. just before I left for florida.

Someone realized just what kind of gold mine was there.

Loki,
I took a ride down there today. Holy junked bikes Batman!
They have moved about 2 miles east from their previous location, now right next to a KOA.
They have about 3 times as much room.

I got there at about 11:55, they closed today at noon.
I was able to walk around for 10-15 minutes.
Unbelievable how many old bikes are there.
I saw everything from old Wards street bikes, Maico's, Husky's, DKW's, Ossa's, Hodaka's, every Jap bike imaginable, just about any brand you can think of.
Some pristine others plain junkyard fodder.

I'm going to head back for another visit when the owner is back in town.

There had been a fear that it was all bound for other regions before the sale.

A1 in St.Paul usually has some good stuff also. If they are still there. It is good to see Sport Wheels going better than ever.

I need to echo a buddy and see if his old haunt is back. The exoctic place off of Lyndale and 32nd? For that matter I should find out how his racing is going.....

BTW, ever wonder what happened to Evil Kinevel's sky cycle for the Snake River jump?
Wonder no more! I found it!
It's in the same shed as the above link.
Some very interesting old race bikes in there.
