Looks nice. Contact V2win for a larger version with the perimeter warning system! It eats a bit more, but then it'll just eat what it catches.

I don't know, but I'm thinkin' that if the Buell is going to protect the nice dog you got there then the Buell should be in front of the dog. ; )

Let me guess, the dog is about 95Lbs and the bike is around 95hp?

Right on! Greyhounds are great dogs, more people should be adopting them!

Lily is a "retired" show dog. The Italian Greyhound is a true miniature. Her "Uncle" has won big and has been to the Westminster dog show.

My Fiancee is the director of the adoption kennel at the Woodlands (dog track) in Kansas. The race dogs are much bigger than Lily. As big and some even bigger then the Kcs2 "model" of the Buell security system. Race weight for the racing Greyhounds is 50 to 90 pounds and they do 45 mph. They are sprinters and love to run. They are SOOOOOOO cool to watch!!

45 MPH lap dogs. When they retire... they are a professional couch potato. Very friendly and affectionate. WAY COOL dogs. They are very temperature sensitive and have no "survival skills" like most dogs. They are indoor pets, and must always be on lead or in a well fenced yard. The survival rate of a "lost" greyhound that has run off is very low. They have no understanding of roads and cars... and many runaways if not found quickly may loose a race with a car.

Sorry... did not intend to hijack the thread.

Dennis,
It looks like your dog will fit in your tankbag. Maybe you could bring her on the next ride. Just watch those Missouri roads as you could loose her in a pothole.

Neill...

I want to get a little helmet and "doggles" for Lily. (Actually just to take a few pictures! I wouldn't want to take a chance of her getting hurt. It's Sharon's dog, I got it for her for Christmas 2002. I got to confess the little thing has stolen my heart!!!)

HOWEVER... mommy (Sharon) has said that would be verbotten!!!

She would fit perfectly in the tank bag! She is three years old and fully grown if anyone was wondering.

DAS you know, the dog in the tankbag is where the now deceased (old age) poodle, CHUCK, travelled from Fl, to Smoky Mts, via Natchez Trace Pkwy and Fl. to NYC via Smoky Mts, on two trips the first on my 1989 ZX7, 2nd on a Goldwing. I never tied him in figuring if we crashed he had a better chance flying clear of the whole mess. Never had to test the theory, trips went off great, except the second had my miserable, gonna be the ex, girlfriend/co-dweller, b***ng and complaining most of the way. That was her first and last moto trip. From your basic look I gather you do generally "low-profile" work, heh?

Curty...

They don't let me out much now-a-days. I did electronics and physical security for years. Have trained with SWAT types, SAS and SEALs. Have trained entry teams and drug task force guys. Do the firearms stuff and simulation stuff. Been a firearms instructor most of my career. I am the rangemaster of our range. ...and since 1975 have been an instructor of some fashion continuously. For street survival reasons I "maintain" the "low profile" look. In this case... it does not pay to advertise! Over the years I have often heard... "You don't look like a cop/fed!" To which I typically respond... "Thank you, I prefer not to look that way!"

Cool dog photos guys! A LONG time ago my girl friend had a Dachshound (mighta spelled that wrong) that we would take for rides on my '62 FLH Harley. When I hit third gear, which like most old HD 4 speeds, had a distinct "whine", the dog would start howling and wouldn't stop till I hit 4th! Ya should have seen the looks on the faces of the people in cars or other bikes that were nearby!. Big Fun! AL
