You can also add the Race ECM for the X1 and S3's to the list of things no longer available. Finally decided to order one (due to the fact the ECM on my S3 is screwing up again and needs to be remapped)and bingo - no more. The dealer is doing a search to see if there are any floating around at other dealerships. If not, would anybody have a suggestion for an alternative? Thanks | ||

I have a small stash of them at American Sport Bike. They cost a little more than they did at the dealer because I had to pay more than dealers since I'm not on HD net and don't get wholesale pricing. Once these are gone, I can't get any more. I recommend buying from your dealer, who may be able to find one thru the dealer net, before coming to me. That way, if he puts it on and it's defective, it's his nickel to fix it/replace it/ not charge you. They have to do the TPS reset anyway. But if you strike out, we are an alternative. Al | ||

...gomo...i don't have a race ECM available, but I do have a stock ECM from my '01 S3 with less than 5k on the bike at the time....let me know if you need a good stock unit... | ||

...richieg150...the power commander won't be able to do a thing without a functioning ECM in place...and for that matter he could use the Techlusion F.I. modulator for less money and a less invasive installation... |
