I saw an oncoming bike the other day with one. It's not annoying but definitely gets your attention. I'm probably going to get one. Majority of accidents is a cage ignoring the motorcycles right of way at an intersection... Visibility is good me thinks... | ||

A headlight modulator switches ( a Q-H bulb or bulbs ) from high to low beam at a freq designed to alert oncoming drivers w/out giving them "fits". They may extend the life of a Quartz-Halogen bulb, but I'm not betting on that. ( Don't worry about shortening the life of your bulb, they almost always burn out the low beam first ) I suspect they won't work on H.I.D. lights. They do increase your obviousness, which is good, I'm not sure about giving someone road rage if you follow them several miles.
