Do you tighten the bolt that goes through the upper Triple Clamp with a certain torque ???

Tighten it till it strips, then back off exactly 1/4 turn.

There is a procedure that must be followed.

Check the online S1 Manual in the Knowledge Vault.

I can't imagine it being any different than the S1.

You have to use a spring scale.
