I lost my kickstand bumper a couple of days ago and I continued to ride my bike, not thinking it would do any major damage. I probably put on just over 100 miles. As you can see from the photo, the kickstand really chewed up the swingarm! The photo is a little blurry but there is a good chunk of aluminum gone from below the adjuster bolt. It looks like the swingarm will be fine but it's still a bummer. I have rigged a bumper out of some thick cardboard, tape and zip ties until I can get a new bumper. The bumper is a $1.99 part so don't let this happen to you!
