Some sad news.
I got this e-mail late yesterday from George Craiglow of our BRAG club. I don't know any of the details so I'll just let you read it:

Fellow Buell Riders,

Just a short email to let you know that last Saturday, Tommy Bommersbach and his wife were struck from behind while riding their Harley. They were slowing down to make a turn at an intersection with lots of gravel and a car hit them going 65 mph. Both Tommy and his wife were thrown from the bike and suffered lots of road rash, Tommy was knocked unconscious, and the bike was pretty much totaled.

Please keep their welfare in your thoughts.

I only met Tommy a couple of months ago through our BRAG club. We have had several interesting conversations since then and are developing a close friendship. I know he is a hard worker, a really good man and spoke alot about he and his wife riding together. I still have not had the pleasure of meeting his wife. Please keep Tommy and wife in your thoughts. Thanks.

Found out that Tommy is OK except for serious road rash and lingering effects of a severe concussion(bad headaches). His wife also has serious road rash. They were very fortunate.
