its just like any other sportster based chop out there. Ya buy an 883, drop it in a softail aftermarket frame, and put $800 in factory buell engine parts to upgrade to the 1200cc, and you are there. Not too tough, or memorable. | ||

I saw a really nice X1 at Laughlin this weekend, nice orange metal flake paint job, trick sci-fi looking custom air intake. So naturally I go talk to the guy about his Buell when he tells me he's bought some kit to make it a chopper. I told him he was a farging idiot. One of only four buells I saw the whole weekend, probably one of the nicest, and its going to get chopperized. Whatever |
