Thanks to Froggy...I received my first issue of my free Sportrider magazine subscription...and lo and behold an article about Buell! Not only that, an article about racing a Buell. It gets even better! It was a POSITIVE article about racing a Buell! Am I the only one to have read this??

Wow. Sportrider positive regarding Buell? What's going on in the world?

That is very cool.

Froggy, I want a free magazine too. I started a thread honoring you as being a model buelligan.

Many thanks to the "Frog Man" for posting the freebie subscription link a while back.

SR is the first MC mag I've ever read/subscribed to. So far, seems to be balanced, but I haven't read the entire issue yet.

I was fortunate to be able to help out the James Gang that weekend, and I was assigned to the Sport Rider team. Troy Siahaan and Kevin Duke are first class. Two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Considering this was Troy's first ever AMA level race, he did a hell of a job, and ran some very respectable lap times in some tricky conditions! A very well written article.

Too much air travel means I blow through magazines fast. Got mine last week and had it done pretty fast. Decent magazine and I did like the Buell article. Thanks again for the heads up.

Schmitty- Way to go! You guys did a heckuva job keeping those boys on the track. Dealing with the rainy conditions, blown motor, and two unfamiliar riders, the cards were stacked against you for a positive outcome. Yet as all true Buellers do, you guys rolled up your sleeves and made it work. Great job!
