found out from my brother back in pittsburgh right before i got off work that my sister Mary Ellen Porter Kemp Latine passed away at 4pm today. her fight with cancer is over and i can only hope that she is in a better place now. she was only 49 years old and the first of the siblings to go. this is not the way anyone person should have to go. it is a very ugly desease. i'll be flying up tomorrow to pay my last respects. her boyfriend is trying to set up a funeral service for saturday. this is not a very good day. | ||
