Absolutely beautiful today, a bit windy but who cares? Bike is running great & am having a blast just running around town wasting fossil fuel. |

Well it was nice while lasted. Temps just dropped 15 degrees in about 1/2 hr. Clouds are coming in & it looks like our day is just about done. Might get in another quick ride before the sun drops. |

60 felt like 84 to us for the short time we had it. I must have seen 100 bikes out riding around with lots of happy riders. Supposed to be crummy for the next week tho. |

Yea 62 here today too. Would have liked to ride the XB but at the dealer for wheelbearing upgrade. So I got the VFR out of the garage and rode. IT WAS WINDY! Oh well I rode in Daytona so now I can't wait for riding weather in Illinois, and to ride the Buell again. Weather here already 36 degrees and falling.... Spring is coming? |

So, Dyna- Did you have any trouble staying on the road? My M2 was all over the place! Especially when I'd hit the open fields. It WAS fun though!

Court- As psycho as this sounds, I really miss that stuff. I haven't seen any good winter weather in four years. All we get down in Louisiana, (and here, for that matter) is rain. Snow would kick ass... I could go skiing, have snowball fights, go do donuts in the parking lot in my truck... Man, what fun snow is. |

Nah, the roads are dry & clear. We had quite a bit of rain so it washed all the nasty stuff away. |

Well, Court, I wouldn't trade commutes with you! It was really nice at El Ranchito Chingadero this weekend. 85 and sunny, two sweet-running Buells in the garage, and I spent the weekend WORKING MY BUTT OFF BUILDING A STUPID DECK!!! There ain't no justice in the world. But we enjoyed a couple of nice cocktails while we sat on the deck and watched the sun go down. Also, please notice the beautiful blooming dogwood in the background! r-t

How are yer RT Thats not a deck this is a deck Oz style. I used 6,200 feet of 3" decking timber to go around the beach house last year, best investment I ever made was a colated screw gun bit like a nail gun but shoots 2 1/2 inch galvinised screws only used 9,600 to hold it all down.

Paul: Doing fine, mate. My hand's sore, though, I've been driving screws with an electric drill all weekend! Congratulations on your salt adventure! Trust you stayed out of trouble this time? r-t |
