Headed out of the driveway on the S1 to Bike Night and see an X1 headed the other way.Turn around to catch up with the guy and see something in the road, but on other side. I stopped to talk to Him as not a lot of Buell's around and they are all special. We're B-Sing for a while when He asks about my Panther drive belt.He wondered about the durability and I said 4 or 5 years,no problem. Not much wear showing and looked alright to me. We each go our own way and that was that. The object in the Road turned out to be an old Flat Iron (did not move too well trying to just kick it out of the way). Pretty cool looking one too as cast into it it says "asbestos 72-8 SAD IRON". Pretty cool old thing, just not laying in the road.I brought it home as it fits in with My 175 yr old house. Riding with a couple other Guys again on the way to Bike Night after a couple of stops and find someone's lost their Serpentine belt in the road and dodge it. Too much Traffic to stop and hoping everyone else will see it as we did. Three miles later My Panther Drive Belt previously mentioned has had enough, and I'm sitting on the side of the Road. Call for back up and catch a ride to my truck. On the way to get my truck I see the same Guy on the Buell that inquired about my belt. That's odd.Again not many Buell's around.} But Ok. Take my truck to the scene of the crime to load 'er up and who do I see for the third time today, but the same Devil on a Blue X1. What kind of Day was this?
