This is from a couple years ago: You will never see something like this again. The X1 was parked with a torn isolator. Swapping bikes around, I purposely ran the XB9R up to matching the miles on the X1. This left the XB12R with a few hundred miles short of matching the miles of the other two bikes. I figured it would 'match' half way into one of the work rides. Forgetting "that" mental note, I took off to a work party and when I got home, I realized that I may have missed the mark. eek Went back into the garage, turned the key on and BINGO, the miles on it matched : D The total of 18,399 miles is no benchmark by any means, but pretty damned good for me, considering I have very limited time for recreational miles since I started building a new house by myself. That my friends takes up a lot of time.(boo!) Work rides is about all I get anymore till the house is done : ( : ( On the other hand, lifetime motorcycle miles is in the realm of 4 or 5 time around the globe......... : D

Your a weirdo!

No, there's a name for that. I can't remember, but it's one of those psychotic terms.

That is pretty impressive, but it's going to be complicated. If you go on a long ride, it will take two friends to ride the others to keep things in balance.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Psychiatric speak for "weirdo".

But, yeah - that is pretty cool. Nice catch.

Anal Retentive, is what they used to call it, but yeah weirdo works.

Funny thing is I drive so many different vehicles it happens more than you'd think.

Mind you the rig I was driving last night had 1,088,000. km on the clock. Not bad for a 5 year old Volvo.

Don't think any of my own vehicles will catch that.

This actually got me thinking on the way into work today. I have an 04 silverado with about 36k on the odometer, an 08 civic with 31k on the odometer, and a 00 X1 with 13k on the odometer. If I just don't drive the civic much and pile the miles up on the Buell maybe I could have a trifecta?
