Theres no such thing as a tank cover for a S3T.Sounds like you need a new tank. The X1 is the only one that has a cover for the tank.

They must make something, the Harley dealer quoted me a price for one. No don't need a new tank, the one I have is perfect and I want to keep it that way.

Actually S2s also have a piece of fiberglass bodywork that covers the actual tank...what I think Mike is looking for is an "Aegis" tank mask, p/n 89000-97Y. Buell used to make them and I see them on Ebay periodically. You might also try some Badweb sponsors like Dave or Buckinfubba to see if they can locate one at a dealer for you (or maybe they still have one in stock). Good luck Mike!

There's A little difference between a TANK COVER and a TANK BRA.A X1 has a tank cover and you can also buy a TANK BRA for it.You can't buy a TANK COVER for a S3 but you can buy a TANK BRA for a S3.FYI

I have a bra for the S-2, if that is what you are wanting.....Al from americansportbike has a really cool carbon fiber tank protector for the S-3 tank. The s-3 as said has a tank only. No cover for an under tank. rex

http://www.bagster.com/en/ has a tank cover for Buells, including S3. They have a tank bag that clips to the cover. This is a cover the tank fabric/vinyl thingee. Is that what you are looking for?

Anyone used or have a price for the Bagster products? They look like something I'd be interested in getting for my S1W.

When I last purchased the tank protector it ran about $165 from the UK distributor. The US distributor does not list prices, but can be contact via their website http://www.eurobikes.com/bagalpha.htm

I have used Bagster tank protectors and expandable bags for almost ten years and would not even consider anything else. I happen to have an S3 tank protector with expandable bag for sale.
