 Clients who send the order late... and don't listen! You clearly explain to the clients it will take about 8 weeks to get the equipment... Client sends you the order late, saying the job MUST be finished by end of the month, 4 weeks away... You do some chasing and explain the best you can do is get the units in 5 weeks, 1 week after their completion date... 2 weeks later they say "You'll be finished by the end of the month, won't you?"  | ||
