I was cruising the Interstate the other day in an East bound lane, when I saw in a West bound lane of a highway that is three lanes each side, in fairly heavy quite fast traffic, a squid of unimaginable character.

He was riding an older GXSR600 or something like it. It was a 90F day. He had obviously ridden beyond all comfort on the bike. He was wearing his shorty helmet, sunglasses, sleeveless T shirt, short pants, sneekers with no sox. His butt must have had all it could take as he was standing on the right foot peg with his left foot. This while likely doing 80 mph passing two lanes of tractor trailers.

I was so impressed I had to pass this along. Has anyone else been truly impressed by an impromptu show of talent lately?

Speaking of squiddism... i was wondering, is my stock 09CR "all murdered out" from the factory or would i have to do some murdering on the engine?

Your CR's murder can be handled by a white XB a few miles up the road ; )

How did you see it if he was West bound and you were East bound?

He was completely off the bike to the right side standing on his left foot. His right foot was hanging about a foot out in the air and below the peg. The bike was leaned slightly to the left side. He did have both hands on the bars though.

My ass would have to be pretty sore and some kind of emergency would have to be making me continue, for me to ride like that, in fast traffic(might do something stupid like that off road or playing in a parking lot).

There are a lot of hills in East Tennessee that allow a full view of the oncoming lanes. I drive through there frequently so I know the speeds they run there.}

I'll never forget the time I was passed on the freeway by a guy in just shorts and flip-flops on a Harley Fatboy.
