and the American people spoke and I think they spoke very loud and clear!

Yep. They spoke loud and clear!

That 4% swing of voters between the winner and loser.

Hardly a mandate.

Seen the approval ratings lately. Far more than the 4% have jumped ship. Doubt many feel they got what they voted for.

Just making sure that the lack of voter value is remembered in 2010 and 2012.

THAT is the benefit of continued debate.

Continued debate is good. I don't remember the political debate ending when GWB was elected either time. Now all the sudden the political debate should end?
By all means lets only discuss it 6mos before the election.

(still confused as to how a joke about a barber went so crazy)

I'm getting very tired of all the political posting. You ride a Buell, yes? That is what this forum is all about.

Could someone please explain the Bunny and the Pancake / Waffle / Blintz/ Crepe that randomly appears in a number of threads? I must have missed something. I do like pancakes with Maple syrup though. I usually don't bother reading political threads as they tend to get personal.

Of course I contributed by making my bunny have a pancake on its head more than a few times.

I have no problem DEBATING Old_man.

I have problems when he attempts to play the 'victim' so that everyone who doesn't agree with him is portrayed as part of a 'vast right wing conspiracy' here on BWB.

I'd like to get through a day with only talking about bikes. Specifically Buell's.

Some folks won't leave topics alone to do that though, then feign 'victimhood' when their opinions are debated and they lose the debate.

If a person wants to have a volatile discussion here, the Backfire board is available to do just that.

Taking what is in there & regurgitating it here on the Quickboard serves no purpose in my opinion.

You read that, and all you're concerned about is the bay leaf? What about the pineapple? In a stew? Gross.

Had cow tongue once. It was actually quite tasty, with the consistency of a firm pate. It was cooked expertly by one of our cooks where I once worked.

He was Mexican, but could execute haute cuisine with the best.

I like good fried chicken livers, and so does the GF- any good recipes?

Thanks in advance.

You're doing it wrong.

Spidey, please restate the entire recipe. There are footnotes one and two relating to what looks like a volume recipe, probably for a festival of some sort.
