All I can say is wow!! H-D getting back into racing (circa 1990s), sweet. Erik helping, sweeter! Having a water cooled, fuel in the frame bike in 1989, awesome! H-D telling Erik, thanks but no thanks, PRICELESS!!! |

Only correction is there are two RW750s - the blue bike in the vid and an orange and white bike that was restored and given to Erik. GREAT stuff. Wish i was there. |

"Only correction is there are two RW750s-" No need for correction. He said the blue one was the only one sold. The orange and white bike sat in his garage/barn until '97 or early '98 when it was spirited away by some Elves and restored as a surprise. I unknowingly almost ruined the surprise; but that's another story. G |

From the photo caption in the blog: This is the only RW750 in existence. It was powered by the evil Barton two-stroke Four. |

Yeah, Eric did say it correctly... I didn't expect him to get it wrong, lol. Seriously though - I hope that wasn't a 'once in a lifetime' kind of thing. I would love to go see that place and have a conversation with him again. |

I would love to go there and see the place where history was made. I was part of the fortunate group from the "rougue" 20th anniversary group that was toured around the "barn". Not only did we get a chance to see it in all its "glory" (sarcasm), we also had the privilege of seeing the inside of the real barn. It was packed with other fun items We also visited the first "factory". |

"He claims the original VR-1000 engine design/specs as BUELL" After reviewing those parts again. That's not quite what he claimed. Cosworth? Chassis/engine concept sketches? G |

Great videos, thanks for posting the link! Although I've read a bit of what he spoke about, it was very cool hearing Erik explain things in what seemed to be a relaxed and candid situation. It gives me a better idea of where Buell has come from and where it's going |
