Some Badwebbers have been blessed with the experience of eating a burger from a Five Guys restaurant. One of my online friends is also a fan of the place, and witnessed a new record being set for the largest burger to be consumed, 17 patties.  For those that haven't been there, the patties are a little bit bigger than your typical Burger King burger. One of the Five Guys employees estimates its weight at 3.5 lbs for the meat alone (Not sure if before/after cooking). I see it as a challenge, and plan on getting a 18 patty burger in the next few days. | ||

yepper. I am now thinking about 5 guys for lunch tomorrow as well. (guess I going to have to try the cajun fries this time ..). (and xl1200r. there are 5 if you count Saratoga and 6 if you go as far as queensbury) Nisky, Clifton Park, Glenmont, Rensellear, Toga, Queensbury. I've been to every one cept Rensellear (or however you spells it ). | ||

We have a couple in the area- pretty good stuff. The second time I went there I walked up to the register to place my order- there were 3 mexicans working the line, doing the cooking, but none of them spoke enough English to take my order. After several awkward minutes, a flummoxed blonde teen came from the back, apologizing to me and saying "I'm not really supposed to be here, but I can take your order". She then took my order, punched it into the POS system- the line printers printed my order chit and then the mexicans jumped into action cooking my food. It was quite tasty, but IMHO shows poorly for management to leave those workers and myself hanging until an English-literate girl finally took my order. Weird to say the least...
