Heh...I was in the stealership recently to get a new clutch cable and flasher for the Firebolt, and as I get up to the parts counter the guy on the phone hangs up and exclaims, "Shit...black is the new chrome!" He sees me and belts out, "You, what color's your bike?" "Black, black, and black." "Jesus Christ!" as he stomps off. ...oh, and that bike is fugly. | ||

I just rode one two weeks ago. Seriously? The tank is so big, I couldn't see the ground. Fast, but useless and ugly as hell. Not to bash, but I see where Buell got the idea for the Cr headlight. | ||

Eh, the pods "debate" gives those who weren't going to buy the bike anyway a reason to grouse about why they aren't going to buy the new bike. "She won't go out with me? Well she's ugly anyway." Worked pretty good in 8th grade. | ||

Are those pods or are they just decorative body panels? Also, take a look at the dings and gunk in the B-king radiators. The Buell pods are functional, not just extra plastic to replace if you drop the bike. Look for other companies to design functional pods into future designs. G | ||
