See article here:

Note the graph on the page (click to enlarge). Buell came in surprising well, up 2 points from last year, matching the industry average, and ranked above ALL the Japanese brands. Heck, maybe things ARE getting better at Buell dealerships.

I saw that, and I'm wondering... how did they separate "Buell Dealerships" from "Harley Dealerships?" Because as everyone knows, there ARE no stand alone Buell dealerships (I think I read the Seminole shop closed and moved back into the Harley showroom).

Obviously they didn't survey anyone thats been to the Duc dealership in Tallahassee.

Oh wait, I see its prospective buyers. They are great....right up until you sign on the line.

Edit: They also sell Triumph, and KTM so it makes sense huh.

Correct. Seminole is now back with Harley in Sanford.

I wonder if the Buell dealer at Destination Daytona was measured in this survey now that Triumph, Ducati and Buell are sold under one roof. Also, curious how that concept is working out for each brand. BeLinda.

I imagine it is a survey sent to buyers and you specify brand not a specific dealer. That would allow multi line dealers to be judged independently and no need for them to be stand alone dealers which as a whole are becoming less and less. The only one I have seen have been H-D only dealers. I am sure there may be more than those some where else but those are just what I have observed.

Well now that's pretty darn cool. What I see is that the "standard" American brands treat their potential customers as well as the luxury market does. Expected more out of Triumph, though.
