It was pretty good! It's not the "Dinosaur," but it was a much prettier ride from Long Island than it would've been to the Dinosaur.

The occasion was AMA Road Riding District 34's annual "Awards Banquet." Instead of a sit-down dinner at a catering hall (which has gotten prohibitively more expensive year after year) we opted to make it a lunch time ride destination instead.

I think it worked out very well, except threatening weather on the Island and in the City limited participation from the downstate clubs, unfortunately.
