What cataract said. But I only have one...so far And I've rode both Buells my stealership has. I'm hearing they are revamping Buell. Since other local dealers gave Buell the boot, I think I've bitched enough to keep Buell around at mine. | ||

if you take the demo ride there is a risk that you will "fall in love with bike" even when you had no intention of purchasing a new bike . the dealerships know this, and feel the gear lock is a good deal for them. take the ride,take the gear lock. just remember you just might be buying a bike | ||

Only reason I haven't gotten my lock yet is because Danbury still has the CR I want on the floor. I am gonna wait till its sold then demo the blast, it will hurt my wallet less. | ||

Hmm, might have to leave early tomorrow and go to Horsepower HD in Williamsport, PA for a demo ride, since I'll be "in the neighborhood" They also have a '98 S1, silver bodywork/purple frame/wheels .... We got ours today and didn't have to demo (not that I wouldn't want to). Filled out the coupon and done. Must say, it's nicer than the tire gauge | ||

Anyone remember when Buell mailed out shirts directly and you didn't have to fool with the dealership? I think you had to print off a coupon and mail it in. I still have mine, it's grey with streetfighter across the front and the oval Buell logo on the back. My dealer never participates in these even though Buell.com says otherwise. | ||
