Just left there buying a few shirts. Im in Clarksville on business and thought I'd drop in. They were great people and had a decent selection of shirts. (well more than I've seen in a dealership). Not to mention the great selection of Buell bikes. From talking to them, they are trying to make a big push with Buell. That was great to hear. If your ever around Clarksville, TN. check them out. Different Appleton than the sponsor. This dealer has customarily NOT been Buell friendly. Their service department is abysmal. Wouldn't let them extricate burned bread from a toaster. If they are in fact looking to make a push, I may have to pay them a visit and see if I can help with the effort. I'd have to see it with my own eyes. I commented to the sales guy that you'd have to try pretty hard not to sell Buell in a town with a military base. He just shrugged his shoulders. |

I just noticed that it was a different Appleton. Thanks. They had 6 Buells on the floor and she said 22 in the back. The sales girl said they had sold 9 in the past few months. I heard that from her and the sales manager about them making a push. Go figure, maybe sales changed their view on Buells. |

maybe she meant 22 total bikes in the back, 22 Buells is alot for any dealer. 6 on the floor I saw. She specifically said 9 Buell sales, then referenced they "Buell push". Either way, it would be worth trying them again if they are "taking the curve". (Message edited by xbmacon on April 16, 2009) |

Expressing my honest opinions of the service dept would violate board rules and common decency. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/4062/283075.html I hope they change for the better for other riders. (Message edited by barker on April 16, 2009) |

I to have had bad dealings with them. 6 months ago they wouldn't give me the time of day when I went in to buy a brand new Buell. I have nothing good to say about them. I don't know a lot of Harley riders that have anything good to say about them. |

When I was there last, they had one Uly on the floor and an R parked in the hallway by the bathrooms. That was it for floor stock. I really wish they WOULD embrace Buell. Their market could be great for a heavily military town. |
