I am in search of the little plastic covers for the mirror mount spot on the stock mirrors? I have switched over to Bar ends, and i remeber seeing them on Sport Twin site, but seeing as they are no longer suppling any products, i am in search for them. ANY HELP PLEASE!....

You could get some 10mm button head stainless or black oxide bolts.

Or maybe your dealer. They came stock on S3's and Firebolts

this is true... Spidy is checking on them for me... but the button head screws are an excellent idea

The black plastic plugs from the hardware store work great. did that about 2years ago, little dab of silicoln in the hole and them plugs are stayin put. And they look pretty good too.

Mirror Plugs - made to replace the mirrors when going to bar ends on the XBS series - factory stock item, also fits Blasts, also fits frame holes on Blasts when one goes to rearsets - buck a piece.

Plug, Right......91960-97Y
Plug, Left.......91961-97Y

That's from the S3T parts manual. Not sure why they are listed as left and right, have to go out to the bike and see. Can't be that different...

The Firebolt's screw in but if you whittle the threads down with a razor blade you can just pop them into either side.

I went to Lowes and got little black plastic plugs. They look good, fit perfectly and the cost was negligible. Look for them in the fastener department.
