Is it possible to start a thread topic page for all the political threads? It's getting rather monotonous weeding through all the crap here on the Quick Board. May I suggest replacing the now defunct XBRR or Dirt bike board? I'm all for the political crap and participated in my fair share over the years, but it's something I believe should have been done years ago. But, hey, whatever. | ||

I think that now more than ever people have politics and finance on the brain 24 - 7 and need to vent / discuss it. I`m sure that once we get the government fixed, I mean *IF* we get it fixed we will get back to the normal "I love my bike stuff". I`m finding myself more and more turning into an outraged activist and less of a motorcycle enthusiast (Message edited by dalton_gang on March 19, 2009) | ||

my point exactly. put it on it's own page where if you want to get involved or even look at it, you can do it without mixing in with motorcycle topics. The XBRR and Dirt bike boards are a complete waste of space, where a political page would fit nicely. | ||

Quickboard is the living room of BW (or bar if you will). We discuss just about any topic of interest that comes up. This includes, jokes, tragic stories, political threads, general inquiries, etc. Quickboard is where anything not motorcycle or Buell related goes. This week has been thick with regard to political discussions because there is much going on. Having a separate section is superfluous and it makes performing custodial duties more difficult the greater the number of subcategories. | ||

Out of boredom I looked in the archives, quite entertaining stuff like the 2003 State of the Union address. Going back and reading things like rumors of a 1200cc engine in a Firebolt, and comments like "who would buy the underpowered heap thats in it now?" |
