unfortunately i won't make it to march badness at this time cause of work. but with the wife going up to brillion wisconsin to be with the daughter when our daughter has her baby next month, i'd see if i might be able to get the blast up there through march badness. for the cost of shipping the bike up there i could almost buy another one instead. but i wouldn't mind giving up some gas money if anyone would be able to do the leg from florida to suches and if someone from wisconsin was coming down to badness was able to do the next leg. i figured if you don't ask, you don't know. | ||

Neil, Im not sure if I can make badness yet but if I do I can haul it from Suches to WI if that helps. Im not sure if I can get the weekend off yet, so no promises, but Im still working on it. | ||

hey mike, how soon will you know if your able to go. i got an email from a guy down in brookesville, who can get it up there. and if nothing else if you are able to go, if you can drop it off at ourdee's so you don't have to go out of your way, they could come down and pick it up there. they live east of appleton in brillion which would put it out of your way a couple hrs at the least. and ray(rayburn) thank you for the offer to. daughter has a pick up and i think they have a trailer still to be able to pick it up there which would put it a lot closer. | ||

If you need a garage to store it in closer to Brillion I have plenty of space for it. About 30min drive from my house to Brillion. | ||

thanks for the offer sam. if mike(rpm)is able to make it to mbvi to begin with, it would be easier for him time wise to just drop it off at ourdee's so he wouldn't be going to far out of the way heading home. then they would be able to take a little trip to come and get it. and right now i'm thinking maybe i need to call up mikes boss and tell him that due to national security that mike needs to be in suches ga at the end of the month. i wonder if that will work? | ||

Neil, If Mike can make it to MBVI and pick up the Blast, he will more than likely be going by Portage on his way home, he could just drop it by my place. Last I checked, Portage was alot closer to Brillion than Mn. Just an idea, and hope it helps and all comes together for you! Michael | ||

thanks for the offer michael. i'm just crossing my fingers that mike has a great boss cause that looks like my closest chance so far. the wife left this morning to head up there. just talked to her a few minutes ago and she already fighting the georgia construction traffic. if nothing else, for right now maybe i can see if one of the guys from around the columbus oh area are gonna be carting their bikes down and get it dropped off at my mother's house if mike isn't allowed to go. | ||

that's cool mike. you will miss a great time with a lot of great people but sometimes work get's in the way of the fun things. i need to start sending the resume's out again so i can go back out on the road and maybe get closer to wisconsin. the wife got up there yesterday evening. hopefully she'll be able to find a job up there and i'll be comming up there for a few days next month when the daughter has her baby. anyhow i hope to catch up with ya another time and stay in touch.. |
