Have you met any of the other famous no 34's that have had their numbers retired. Hakeem, Nolan Ryan, Walter Peyton, he said 'no unfortunately, those guys don't go to motor sports banquets.'

I recorded the interview he did at the track today too.

will you tube it later.

Can I drop a name or what.

dude was traveling with his dad, who also did laps on a McIntosh Norton.

McInotshes are pretty famous in classic racing circles.

Schwantz rules.

Back then it took a real man to ride GP. Now it looks like a 125 race. I can hardly get through a GP race any more, it's like watching bob sled racing with the damn traction control and fuel limits. Why not just get rid of the premier classes and run YSRs.

Schwantz and Rainey did it with big power and crappy tires. Suspension wasn't perfect, no crying about it, they just shifted their body weight and kept one or another tire sliding or spinning more.

If you are younger and think this is just an old guy ranting, get the Rainey Days DVD and prepare yourself for the sickest racing you've ever seen. Too much power, too littl
