I have the Firebolt specific bags on my XB9R and really like them. Hold enough for a day while fitting really well and look good. They are NOT waterproof if that is a requirement.
After a few years the zippers are still intact and the bags have retained their shape. Not bad for 150.00.

You can get the trunk bag to go with them. Comes on and off easy.

Best to get a small amount of sheepskin to place between the bag and the tail section.

The bags have rubbed big dents in the plastics of my 12R.

Your best bet is to go with Cortech. I found my Buell bags to be lacking in size, and durability and got rid of them within a year.
Poor mounting, poor weather resistance, and SMALL size. Get something you can stuff at least 4 days of stuff into.
