Wow, I didn't realize there were so many folks from NJ on the Forum... Good to know.
This year is my 28th year here in good ol Jersey and every single winter I say this is my last...May be next year...
Fortunately I am not part of the early morning commuting crowd on the Turnpike/Rt 287/Rt 78 jockeying for an open slot. It is brutal. I am lucky I live just about two miles from the Shore near Asbury and my commute to work is after 9:00 only 10 miles up the Parkway which I think is one of the best highways I have ever traveled on. No trucks allowed.

Hey Kalali,

One of the jobs I work on is the hi-rise on Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park. My commute is Parkway south from 137 in the AM. It is unbelievable how many cars arent going south. I could practically swerve the whole way without hitting anyone. It's a complete 180 from my normal NYC, JC, or Hoboken commute and I'll be doing it tomorow. I am actually looking forward to it as it is so nice to just drive and not "drive". I probably won't even be speeding.

That's exactly where it is. If I'm local I'll buy you lunch.
