Since its winter I needed a completely unrelated subject to motorcycles. I purchased a 46" Samsung last week and am building a Entertainment Center. I want to build it with speakers and subs mounted all-in-one, but I do not want issues with the LCD dying due to excess vibration. Will this shorten the life? What are your guys thoughts? Thanks |

hang your lcd on the wall, and build something to put your components in. |

I have never heard of damage to a LCD due to vibration. If your sub woofer can destroy a LCD, you will also need to repair all the cracks in the foundation and all the windows that shattered, and the roof that caved in. |

It'll probably be fine so long as you don't have enough vibration to distort the picture. Plasmas are more sensitive. |

Don't swap out the lcd. Large subs in the vicinity of any crt monitor is a recipe for disaster. Damhik |
