You're telling me Harley already tried taking dealerships away from owners that wouldnt sell Buell? Hypothetically, of course, it would never have come to that. They probably wouldn't be able to take the dealerships away. But I'm sure everyone remembers when H-D was strongly recommending dealers pick up Buell. Taking on Buell as a line by being "encouraged" only led to a bunch of dealers with a few Buells and not much else - and the beginning of the rash of complaints about crappy Buell dealers. Can't force people to do things they don't want to do. They'll do it, but not necessarily great. ->ChelleM |

Crusty: Being a LONG TIME BMW rider I can tell you that plenty of times I've been pleasantly surprised at the cost of parts for my BMWs. Some parts are more expensive, but most of the common maintenance items were the same price or lower than their Japanese counterparts. |

A Blast redesign would be great, however I don't think it would be totally necessary. I have a Blast, and thoroughly enjoy riding it. |
