Our client company, a major motorcycle manufacturer in Milwaukee, needs a surfacing person for an 18-month contract assignment. You must have a strong mechanical background with at least five years of experience and be proficient in ProE surfacing. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills with Pro/E, Pro/Surface, ICEM, Pro/Sheet Metal, complex surfaces, styled surfaces and plastic parts. A BSME is preferred, but not required. You will be responsible for creating surface models and integrating them into the design and functionality of the motorcycle. Pay rate is open, depending upon experience. Our client company, a major motorcycle manufacturer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, needs a strong Pro-E Designer for an 18-month contract assignment. The qualified candidate has at least an associate’s degree in mechanical design, 5-10 years of Pro/E modeling experience and a solid understanding of deep draw sheet metal parts. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is desired. You will be responsible for the successful completion of all documentation required for the outsourcing of exhaust pipes, heat shields and air cleaner covers. You will be a W2 contract employee of IMPACT Engineering Solutions during this time. No per diem available.
