Ok boys and girls here's the deal. I have secured two mens 2XL shirts and two womens XL shirts. I am trying to find a fair way of distributing them. I was thinking of choosing 4 numbers between 1 and 50 and assigning them to the shirts and having a free for all with one guess per Badwebber. Is this a good idea or does it suck ? Should I limit the shirts to people who are not located in a city the IMS visits ? Or, am I making a mountain out of a molehill ? Does anyone even give a schizz ? | ||

That's a nice gesture and I am sure that whatever rules you apply would be satisfactory with all involved. Imo, you should give the " out of network" folks a chance first. We all know how much it sucks to be an outsider looking in, especially when cool Buell swag is involved! | ||

I'm cool with whatever rules you make, as long as I get a shirt  Just kidding. It was over a five hour drive to get down to the IMS in New York, and I just couldn't spend the time or gas money. I am dying for a shirt, though, and would love a fair chance at getting one. Whatever rules you make are fine by me, Skin. Let's not drag it out though. Set a deadline so we don't have 60 pages of people throwing in numbers... | ||

When I ran my IMS t-shirt contest I let everybody enter but asked only those who did not or would not have a chance to get to the show enter. After the cut off time I used the sequence generator at ramdon.org select the winners. Good luck and thanks for passing the shirts along! | ||

Sure, so every other person in the world can bid on them, driving the price too high, and probably going to a snot nosed punk who has never ridden a Buell, but dreams of it, and is willing to blow whatever it costs of his parents money to get a Buell shirt... These were most likely free to him, and he's trying to help a few badwebbers out by passing on the generosity. I personally am grateful that he's doing it this way, even if I don't actually get a shirt. Skin, please keep it here - thanks! | ||

I don't want money for them and I don't want to drag it out either. But, I want to give everyone a chance to see the post. I know we are world wide and would hate to hose someone just because they weren't in my time zone. I don't know what that sequence generator is or how to use it so I will do it with the 1 to 50 set up. I will pick the four numbers and have the raffle go off at 9:00 PM EST Thursday 1/22/09. I will use the honor system and put my faith in you goons to not play the game if you have a shirt already, could've had one but were too lazy, or still can get one at an upcoming IMS. | ||

I think Auctioning Freebies is bad Karma. I know people will pay for freebies on ebay, I still don't like it. Those with lower moral standards are ok with selling something that was a gift. Skinstains I applaud your effort despite the idiocy my fellow Buell riders are demonstrating. | ||

3 I had to work friday and saturday, and Sunday I had to take my Daughter to the Raiders game. It was the first one I tried to get out of, but she wasn't having it... BTW If you wanteds to auction them of for charity, I for one would be cool with that to. | ||
