Milk
Flour
Paprika
Salt pepper
Garlic powder
Seasoned salt
1+ lbs of boneless chicken breast
Peanut oil

Take 3 cups or so of flour and mix it with...
1 tea spoon of garlic powder (maybe a little less actually)
2 tea spoons worth of salt and 2 worth of pepper
1.5 tea spoons worth of paprika
1 tea spoon of seasoned salt

Take the thawed chicken breast 1 at a time and dip them into a bowl of milk then stick them into the bowl of flour+spices. Do this for each of the breast (giggles) then repeat, take them back out, dip quickly in milk and then dip into flour again to get a double dipped effect. They fry them all up in a big fryin pan with peanut oil. Fry until golden brown or there is no pink left in the meat, which ever comes first.

Then prepare for the ecstasy that is carbohydrate overload. You cholesterol will go threw the roof and you will knock a few years off your life in just one meal

But its f**kin worth it!

Nick

Soak the uncooked chicken in buttermilk overnight and if you like it spicy (Popeye's style add your favorite hotsauce to the buttermilk bath) then bread and making sure to dip it in the breading twice.

I use milk & a beaten egg mixed for dipping then into the flour seasoning mix.

Good for fish too.

I don't use peanut oil though, just good old butter, but not too hot or it goes black & burnt.

How can frying in butter be bad for you? it's a natural product for ****s sake.

I long since gave up trying to work out what's best to use for cooking, if it's not fattening it causes cancer & if it doesn't cause cancer it's bad for your cholesterol & if not that, then it's got the wrong lipids or whatever.

Sod it I'll eat what I like!

I dated a girl who dipped the chicken lightly in mustard then the seasoned corn flakes. Sounds funny, but it was good. I tried to do it but it wasn't the same. mental note { Next girl I'm stealing recipes before we break up... }
