"I just can't see my ass coming in to work today!" Honda is going to unveil their new Fury (whatever that is)at the show, and Victory is going to debut some new concept bike. I'm going to get one of the free Buell T-shirts.(and if I can figure out how, I'll get a couple for Newfie and Mr. Grumpy) I REALLY need to surround myself with motorcycles. | |||

Froggy, I noticed your comments about the Ural. If you really want to enjoy the winter get a URAL. Between myself and the kids we own about 12 or 14 bikes two of which are Buells. I own a 1981 Dnepr MT10-36 which is the single wheel drive bike but just before Christmas I bought the 2008 Ural Gear-Up in Desert Camo Paint Scheme. I absolutely love this thing. Myself and the other Ural Owner took them out and put them through their paces off road on Sunday Morning. Couple pics below.   | |||

Wise isn't always fun, I guess. But I will be working in Orange county and staying in a hotel on thursday night. So it makes sense to swing by the Dinosaur on the way home friday instead of going home to get the bike. | |||

Great, Toyota is there again, quite funny they advertise their pickup truck that has tailgates that collapse from the weight of a motorcycle getting loaded into the back. Let the rants about HD getting a bigger area than Buell begin. | |||

No Ural, at least at the DC show  I was hoping to show my mother-in-law, she was up for looking at them. BMW was also conspicuously absent in DC. We were slammin' in the Buell booth, though. Good, steady flow, lots of interest. Very good to see Say hi to the gang in the booth for me (Joe from Frederick), they were great to work with. Bring your key, too - the shirts are pretty cool I tried to throw 'em for a loop with my tuber key (gray barrel key instead of a blue XB key). It worked last year; this year, no real surprise to 'em. Good stuff, folks who haven't forgotten or written off tubers  Oh, and for the 1125r crowd - make sure you have your camera handy. The Buell CF bodywork is schweeeet!! | |||

No Ural?? That would suck. They had a GREAT display last year. I just wish there were some actual DEALERS in the NYC Metro Area. Last time I looked, the closest was somewhere upstate. | |||
