Or better yet, go out to Tempe Town Lake and take part in the fiesta bowl, and it's related new years party at lakeside...   Slaughter Posted on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 - 09:32 pm:        Vegas will be insane - always is on New Year's Prescott and Jerome are a very interesting stop (I'm not local but Sunny is/was) Prescott Brewing Company supposedly has a great NewYear shindig. Their beer is AWESOME. I brought a couple of litres of Raven Maniac back with me (seriously dark ale) Prescott Brewing (click) Jerome is a really interesting mountain-side community - formerly mining, now artsy-fartsy. Watch your speed though (and for drunks) If it is a clear night the stars will light up the rock formations. Very surreal.
