I just received my "25 Years of Buell" book from the mail man. It's delivery was announced with an unceremonious "PLOP!" on the porch floor. I am very fortunate that my daughter, who originally won this book at the ASBN 10th year bash, decided to let Dad have it. Of course, I owe her! Court, the inscription is perfect. Thank you for providing ASBN with two of these Buell "must haves". I am exceedingly pleased, not only for this book, but for that bigger part that the book represents, my experience with Buell. For so many years I have been consistently blessed in many ways by my association with Buell. ASBN, BadWeb, and so many friends. I would run out of room to post if I tried to recount all of the great people and experiences I have met along the way, including the man himself, who was a perfect and immediate friend, entirely approachable and sincere. I hope to burn smokes with him again someday. Now I've got a book that chronicles this thing. A good thing. |
