The Pontiac rebadged Chevy Aveo is still on track to come this spring  | ||

I just talked to my mortgage guy and he told me a 30 yr was 4.625% and a 15 yr was 4.875. He wasn't sure why a 15 yr would be a higher rate. We're gonna have him do a "what if" and if it works will go for it. Our current rates are 5% and 6.25% so we'd combine the two mortgages into one.
