Year with Michael Barnes. The man is frigg'n fast. Homecoming just might be interesting this year at Road America.

Buell would probably sell more 1125R's if it had a full fairing like that on it.

Still, I look forward to seeing the Buell flying around the track in AMA races again.

What fairing is that? Is that a track 1125R fairing?I'd love that on my Bolt.

I really like the radiator design of the race bikes, the heat is sent OUT instead of IN

Good design for racing. Not so good design for street riding. Notice the fans are absent, to the airflow thru the rads is dependent upon motion.

Not so sure on the fans being retained with the race bodywork.

To what I understand now from reading more. Jeremy McWilliams is testing Kit parts for teams that may want to race in the class. So we will see.

So, how come they didn't get a caveman to ride it? Oh, right, 'cause it isn't really that easy. They need a person that can actually ride and ride with skill.

Well, that, and there aren't any cavemen out there. Troglodytes, mouth breathers and knuckle draggers maybe, but no cavemen. And I doubt any of them could ride worth a shit anyway.

I can't wait to see Buell on the track against other makes in a form kind of close to what comes out of the factory. Sure, it's neat that they do so well in drag racing, but the NHRA version is like a funny car. Damn little Buell there. It is more realistic in the AHDRA and I like that, but sportbike and superbike is another league altogether.

I may have to ride down to Daytona to confirm these allegations.

Silly question - I know what Superbike and Supersport is, but what is "Sportbike" class? Differences with Superstock?
